Mark Williams has been named the new CFO of JDX, replacing Nick Pomery who will be retiring at the end of July after serving as CFO for the last 6.5 years.

Nick has helped lead the growth of JDX from its inception to one of the fastest growing international consulting businesses founded in the UK. We are excited for Nick as he enters his new chapter in life and wish him well on his retirement. Mark joins JDX after serving as CFO for public companies listed on the London, Paris, and Stockholm exchanges. A hi-tech specialist, Mark is one of the original team of six that established Seal Software in 2010 and built it to a headcount of around 250. We are thrilled to have Mark join JDX to drive our growth in the coming years.
