JDX work closely with VIPR to deliver an end-to-end bordereaux management solution through our VIPR Managed Service.
We offer support with the implementation, mapping, processing and reporting of bordereaux data; offering a service which is tailored to each client’s individual needs.
All our consultants are VIPR Certified, receiving formal training provided by the JDX Training Academy and VIPR, and are available to work in-house or from our London office.



JDX have partnered with Blue Prism Cloud to provide skilled resource to assist with the implementation and support of their scalable robotic process automation (RPA) platforms.

With Blue Prism’s certified training programme, our consultants acquire skills that enable them to pursue careers as RPA Analysts, Architects and Developers. Our consultants are initially enrolled on Blue Prism Cloud’s accredited online training platform supported by experienced JDX RPA consultants. After successful completion, our consultants work closely with senior Blue Prism developers and analysts to gain real world experience, allowing them to become qualified RPA consultants.

By combining JDX and Blue Prism’s knowledge and experience, we are able to provide a complete service to automate a large range of business processes across insurance and other financial industries.


Whitespace is an electronic placement product that provides a digital insurance trading platform. It is revolutionising the London Insurance Market and JDX have partnered with them to remain at the forefront of change.

Our consultants are experts in the quote/bind process and are well positioned to deliver to the standards upheld by Lloyds. Together with Whitespace, JDX consultants will:

  • Attend internal demonstrations of the product and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Gain subject matter expertise from on-site training from Whitespace employees in the product
  • Assist Whitespace’s suite of clients in the adoption and implementation of the platform

This approach allows our consultants to provide assistance, education and support to brokers, insurers and end users on how to utilise the platform to its full potential.


ACORD is a non-for-profit Insurance Market Standards organisation that strives to assist with fast and accurate data exchange. We have aligned with Acord to produce a market data Accreditation that provides our consultants with an unique perspective and understanding of Insurance Market data practice requirements. This ensures our consultants are knowledgeable and aware of the high standards the insurance industry expects.
