We are thrilled to announce that Maureen Doyle-Spare, who has over 20 plus years’ experience in leading consulting and solutioning in the Capital Markets, is joining JDX Consulting as Director. Maureen will lead the US Consulting Services Sales and Delivery for the Wealth & Asset Management sector.
She will be based in Boston and New York reporting to Lucy Dorr, Head of Global Consulting Services. Maureen is a results-driven client leader with a focus on bringing value through transformation. She is a proven trusted advisor for clients with the ability to infuse domain and digital technology from strategy to execution. She has a deep experience in collaborating with firms on their strategic business and technology road-maps by deploying of diverse operating models, the enablement of industry leading platforms, and the application of infusing digital – RPA and AI to increase efficiencies, improve customer experience, and help firms achieve their revenue goals.

Maureen is a strong advocate of design thinking frameworks to help ensure customer experience and divergent thinking is tapped to help drive the best outcomes for clients. In addition, Maureen was an active member in the Woman Bond’s Club, as well as a committee member for many years at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and it’s working groups around industry initiatives.
