JDX is a long-standing contributor and independent facilitator to ISDA’s excellent work and its commitment to making the market safer and more efficient.
We were recently a contributor to the development of ISDA’s Collateral Management Transformation Toolkit, which helps firms strategically implement digitised documentation, improving the legal negotiation and onboarding process.
ISDA have kindly recognised JDX’s contribution to the ISDA Common Domain Model (CDM) strategy concept and in delivering the initial vision, by awarding us an ‘ISDA CDM Champion’ badge. This critical piece of work by ISDA establishes a common digital representation of events and processes that occur during the lifecycle of a derivatives trade. Standardised trade data is the foundation on which to build intelligent automation, driving the cognitive analysis that enables no-touch contract creation.
