We are delighted to publish our 2018/19 Gender Pay Report today, which shows a narrowing of three out of the four reportable gender pay gaps, and demonstrates JDX’s continual commitment to creating a workplace where women can thrive.
2018/19 has been a fantastic year for women at JDX; our Executive Committee is now 5:4 men to women, a shift from 7:1 last year, with the latest addition of Lucy Dorr to head up our consulting practice. We overhauled our bonus and pay programmes to address unconscious bias, and we introduced a suite of new parental policies and packages which allow all of our colleagues to take time off to care for any new additions to their family. Our graduate intake continues to be over 50% female, a tremendous achievement in an industry which struggles to attract female talent. JDX are proud to support women in business, and we look forward to seeing further achievements in the coming months.
